The main equipment of the carbonated beverage production line is the water treatment system and the carbonated beverage blending system. Carbonated drink production line can be modified according to the conditions and needs given by the customer. For example, for a production capacity of 3000 bottles per hour, RO reverse osmosis membrane (Hydranautics) is adopted. The designed water consumption is about 3 tons per hour (2 tons per hour for filling and blending water, and about 1 ton per hour for cleaning water). The pretreatment water volume is 6 tons. Our process is: customer requirements → process flow → machine design → production and inspection → machine acceptance → user personnel training → installation and commissioning → after-sales service.
