Suote produces various non-standard customized extraction and concentration equipment such as evaporators, concentration tanks, extraction tanks, distillation equipment, distillation columns, etc. The multi-functional extraction and concentration system can be used in various industries such as medicine and health care, pigments, food and beverages, animals and plants, and chemicals for atmospheric pressure, decoction, wet immersion, hot reflux, cyclic permeation, extraction of essential oils and recovery of organic solvents. Put the medicinal materials into the extraction tank and add 5-10 times of solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to process requirements). Turn on the heating system of the extraction tank. After heating the extraction liquid to boiling for 20-30 minutes, pump one-third of the extraction liquid into the concentration tank with a suction filter tube. Close the extraction tank's straight pipe and jacket hot water. Turn on the straight pipe and heating system of the concentration tank to keep the temperature of the concentrated juice at about 80°C and the vacuum degree at -0.05 to -0.09 MPA. The secondary steam generated during concentration passes through the condenser and cooler and turns into condensate, which flows back to the extraction tank and is added to the medicine as a new solvent. The new solvent passes through the medicinal material layer from top to bottom to the bottom of the extraction tank. The soluble components in the medicinal materials are dissolved in the solvent in the extraction tank. The extraction liquid is pumped into the concentration tank through the suction filter tube. The secondary steam generated by concentration is sent to the extraction tank as a new solvent again to form new solvent reflux extraction until it is completely dissolved out (the extraction liquid is colorless). Concentration continues until the required specific gravity ointment is concentrated. The colorless liquid in the concentrator equipment can be reused next time. If it is extracted with organic solvent, add an appropriate amount of water first, turn on the straight pipe and jacket hot water. After recovering the solvent, discharge the residue. It can be controlled by buttons or use a highly automated PLC control system.
