The ultra-sonic multifunctional extraction, concentration and reclamation set is a new product researched and developed by our company while we are producing traditional large-sized multifunctional extraction units. It is mainly used for research and development of new processes in various test plants, scientific section, etc. It has unique functions for small batches. It uses the ultrasonic technology to extract water soluble substances from Chinese plants and other biological tissues.
Advantages: short extraction time, low temperature, low content of impurities, high efficiency, etc. The ultrasonic wave is transmitted in sound-transmitting extraction media. The mechanical, thermal and cavitation effects caused make solid granules and biological tissues in the media broken, emulsified and dissolved, so that the activity of biological tissues is maintained, and the evenness of extraction media is greatly enhanced.

SN II series dual-effect concentrator Equipment features
1. Energy saving benefits, calculated based on the SN II-1000 type, save about 2,500 tons of steam, about 70,000 tons of water, and about 60,000 kilowatt hours of electricity annually, which is equivalent to RMB 80,000-100,000 (compared with single effect).
2. This concentrator adopts a natural circulation evaporation method with negative pressure external heating. It has a fast evaporation speed and a large concentration specific ratio, which can reach 1.1-1.3 (general traditional Chinese medicine ointment).

According to customer requirements, we launched a first-effect two-effect energy-saving concentrator with paste collection. During the normal concentration process, close the valve connecting the nozzle and circulation pipe between the first-effect heating chamber and the evaporation chamber. The material enters the first-effect evaporation chamber and is heated by the jacket of the first-effect evaporation chamber. It is concentrated under normal pressure or under reduced pressure in the first-effect evaporation chamber to obtain a concentrated paste with a higher specific gravity (1.35-1.45).
