◆ Ultraviolet sterilization equipment: the use of ultraviolet lamps to disinfect the water, kill the bacteria and viruses in the water, to ensure the microbial safety of the water.
◆ Ozone sterilization equipment: to kill bacteria, viruses and othe microorganisms through the strong oxidation of oxygen molecules, to provide additional disinfection guarantee for water.
◆ Water storage and conveying equipment: including stainless steel storage water tank, water pump, pure water pipeline, etc., used for the storage and conveying of purified water after treatment.
Process flow
The process flow for purified water production lines usually includes the following key steps:
◆ Pretreatment: remove large particles, organic matter, odor substances and some heavy metal ions in the water by screen filtration and activated carbon adsorption.
◆ Reverse osmosis treatment: using reverse osmosis membrane technology to remove small particles, bacteria, viruses, heavy metal ions and dissolved salts in water.
◆ Post-treatment: including ion exchange, activated carbon filtration and other steps to further remove impurities and harmful substances in the water.
◆ Disinfection treatment: disinfect the water through ultraviolet light or ozone disinfection equipment to kill the bacteria and viruses in the water.
◆ Storage and transportation: the treated purified water is stored in the stainless steel storage tank and transported to each water point through water pumps and pure water lines.
