Operational principle:

Through the relative movement of the stator and rotor of different geometric shapes under high speed rotation, the processed material, under the action of dead weight, air pressure and centrifugal force, is subjected to the strong shear force, friction force, impact force and high frequency vibration. These forces work together to make the material effectively dispersed, broken, emulsified and mixed, so as to get finely processed products.

    Design feature

    Separation design: horizontal colloidal grinding usually adopts the motor and grinding body separate design, making the equipment structure more compact, operation and maintenance more convenient.


    Excellent material: the main parts such as stator and rotor are made of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant and non-toxic materials to ensure the safety and hygiene of products.

    Working principle

    The basic working principle of colloidal mill is shearing, grinding as well ashigh-speed stirring applied force, grinding is finished depending on the relative movement of tooth-form slope, one of them rotates at high speed, while the other stays still to make materials that passing between tooth-form slopes receive great shear force and friction, and to grind, emulsify, smash, homogenize and mix the munder complex forces such as high-firequency shake, high-speed vortex and others at the same time, so as to achieve the effect of fine and super micro.

    Applied range

    Horizontal colloidal grinding is mainly used for ultra-micro crushing, emulsification, homogenization and mixing of wet materials.     Application

    Test

    Operating procedures

    1. Purpose To standardize the CIP cleaning procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure continuous and normal production.

    2. Scope of application

    CIP cleaning section.

    3. Content

    3.1 Cleaning sequence: clean water at 40°C, 2% alkali, clean water at 40°C, 0.8% acid, hot water above 90°C, and wash in sequence.

    3.2 Clean and record according to the specified time.

    3.3 Add about 80% of the water, that is, cover the heating coil.

    3.4 Acid-base concentration:

    3.4.1 Check the concentration before cleaning, if it is not enough, add an appropriate amount.

    3.4.2 Decide whether to reformulate according to the degree of acid-base pollution.

    3.5 Connect the in and out distributor correctly.

    3.6 Always check the water delivery device to prevent blockage.

    3.7 After checking the pipes and valves, the centrifugal pump can be started for cleaning.

    3.8 When cleaning with acid and alkali, after cleaning, turn on the reflux pump, so that the acid and alkali flow into the acid tank and the alkali tank respectively.

    3.9 Finally, rinse with clean water, and the cleaning is completed.

    3.10 Use test paper to test if it is neutral.
