Usage
The device serves for vegetable and herbal medicine,China traditional,drug,animal drug, food additional to extract with water,
ethanol,carbinol and to reclaim and con-centrate the organic sovent.

Work principle
Put the medicinal materials into the extraction tank, add solvent 5~10 times the amount of the medicinal materials such as water, alcohol, methanol and acetone(according to the process requirements).Start the straight and jacketed steam valves in the extraction tank to heat the extract.In 20~30minutes after the extract is heated and boiled, use the suction filter tube to pump 1/3 of the extract into the concentrator. Close the straight and jacketed steam valves in the extraction tank and start the heater valve to concentrate the liquid materials. During the concentration, secondary steam will be produced, which will be fed into the extraction tank through the ascending tube of evaporator as the heat source and solution for extraction, so as to maintain the boiling in the extraction tank. The secondary steam will continue to rise, and will be condensed into hot condensate by condenser, and returns to the extraction tank and is added to the medicine surface as a new solvent. The new solvent will reach the bottom of the extraction tank after passing the medicinal material layers from top to bottom at a high speed, and the soluble effective components in the medicinal materials will be dissolved in the solvent in the extraction tank. The extract will be pumped into the concentrator through the suction filter tube, and the secondary steam produced during the concentration will be sent to the extraction tank as the heat source and new solvent. Thus the large reflux extraction of new solvent is formed. Therefore, the density of solute in the medicinal materials and the density of solute in the solvent keep high gradient, and the solute in the medicinal materials will be rapidly dissolved until it is completely dissolved, (The extract has no color.) At the time, the extract is stopped from entering the concentrator, and the secondary steam of concentration will be transferred to the cooler, so that the concentration will continue, until ointment of required specific gravity (1.2~1.3)is concentrated. Lt will be discharged for use. The non-color liquid in the extraction tank can be put in the storage tank for reuse in the next batch, The medicine residue will be discharged from the residue discharging door. lf organic solvents are used for extraction, first add a proper amount of water, and then open the straight and jacketed steam valves. After the solvent is recovered, discharge the residue.

Usage
The roundness concentration tank, consisting of main body、condensator、 gas-liquid separator and liquid receiving barrel, serves to concentrate、distil the material liquid and reclaim organic menstruum in the pharmacy, foodstuff and chemistry. The concentration under reduced pressure brings short time of concentration and prevent the destruction of the effective content in the thermal sensitive material. The fact that the part in contact with the material is made with stainless steel brings qualified anti-corrosion performance,meeting with the GMP standard.
