Purified Water Preparation Unit

The purified water preparation unti adopts the most advanced primary and secondary reverse osmosis + EDl process purified water treatment technology and more user-friendly 3D design, conforming to ergonomics with elegant and beautiful appearance and simple and convenient operation. lt can effectively remove all kinds of salts and impurities in water, so as to make the water produced meet the quality requirements for process water in such industries as biology.medicine, medical devices, food and purified drinking water production.The system has such advantages as high automation degree, one-touch starting,stable quality of water produced, low running costs, environmental protection and convenient maintenance.

Technical Features

1. lt adopts PLC + touch screen automatic control, featured by good stability and reliability, elegant and beautiful appearance, one-touch starting, easy and convenient operation.

2. The user-friendly 3D design conforms to ergonomics. The height and position of touch screen, switch, instrument and meter are in line with average height of people, making operation easy.

3. The operations of various components such as pumps, valves and tank liquid levels are provided with dynamic monitoring pictures. (They can be upgraded into remote monitoring if necessary.)

4. lt is provided with three levels of management authority such as administrator.engineer and operator.

5. lt is easy to switch between manual and automatic modes. lt is provided with a special alarm function to avoid misoperation by people other than operators.

6. Purified water electrical conductivity is monitored in a real-time manner.Water at the water return end is kept at a flow speed of at least 1m/s to lower too fast microbial growth at the purified water pipe network.

7. lt is provided with the user-friendly function of alarm recording and indication. In case of expired replacement cycle of filter materials, water overflow, water shortage, low pressure or over pressure, such event will be recorded the touch screen event record column. In case of abnormal situations in water quality, pressure or flow, alarms will be given.

8.Each section is provided with the function of discharging nonconforming water to the previous section to ensure stable and safe water quality. (lf water quality restores to be conforming in 5 minutes, the record will be made on the touch screen record column, and an alarm will be given when the time elapses.)

9. In order to realize no dead corner in all sections, if there is no fluctuation two hours after water overflow in the purified water tank, micro circulation in the whole system will be triggered to avoid microbial growth in the pipe because of no flow for a long time.

10.lt is provided with the water quality correction function and the function of warning in case of minimum water quality, so that no emergency will occur.

Technical features

1. All parts that contact raw water, pure steam and water for injection are made of 316L.

2.The stainless steel surfaces are subject to electrochemical polishing to ensure the quality of injection water and improve equipment service life.

3. The external preheater, condenser and first effect evaporator adopt double tube sheet design, meeting cGMP requirements and effectively eliminating the possibility of low level media contaminating the system.

4. All hot surfaces are provided with heat insulation layers and surrounded by 304 stainless steel housings externally.

System composition

The intelligent ClP system is a centralized system, which consists of injection water tank,ClP tank, double tube sheet heat exchanger, liquid delivery pump, retum pump, temperature controller, liquid level indicator, electrical conductivity detector, PLC touch screen, control cabinet and system valve and pipe fittings.
