Operational principle
The working principle of the welded diaphragm valve is to the compression parts through the elastic diaphragm, and the compression parts are moved up and down by the valve stem operation. When the compression member rises, the diaphragm is lifted to form a channel; when the compression member drops, the diaphragm presses on the valve body and the valve closes. The opening and closing of the valve is usually achieved by the connecting shaft of the electric device to drive the valve stem nut, and it can also be operated manually.

Characteristic
Welding connection mode: The welding diaphragm valve is closely combined with the pipe system by welding connection mode, which eliminates the risk of leakage and improves the tightness of the system.
The welding method usually includes welding type I connection (welding at both ends) and welded type II connection (one end welded and the other end inserted).
Excellent sealing performance: the valve is made of rubber or other elastic material diaphragm, which controls the sealing and opening between the diaphragm and the valve seat through the lifting and down movement of the valve stem to effectively prevent the leakage of medium.
Strong corrosion resistance: the valve body is usually made of stainless steel (such as 304,316L, etc.), which can adapt to a variety of corrosive media to ensure the stability and reliability of the valve in the harsh environment.
Strong flow control ability: it can control the flow rate and flow rate by rotating switch or electric device to meet the different process requirements of the production line.
Isolation medium: a structure with diaphragm isolation, can effectively isolate the medium, prevent medium contamination and cross contamination.
