The liquid preparation tank is mainly used in industries such as dairy, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and medicine, with the most applications in pharmaceuticals.
Liquid preparation tank structure
The liquid preparation tank has a reasonable design and advanced technology, fully meeting the requirements of national GMP certification. The tanks are all of vertical double-layer structure, and the polishing precision of the inner tank is Ra0.45. The inner cylinder is heated by winding a spiral belt and filled with polyurethane material for insulation. The exterior is insulated with mirror panel or frosted panel, and the tank body has consistent luster. All parts in contact with the liquid medicine are made of 316L material, and the rest are made of 304 material. The bottom head of the inner tank is concave-convex. Axial flow stirring with eccentric wall is adopted. The top of the tank is equipped with a water inlet, a return port, a disinfection port, a cleaning ball, an inlet filler port, a breathing port, and a 0.22um air respirator and a stirring system are installed. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a condensate outlet, a discharge outlet, a sewage outlet, a sampling port, a temperature probe, and a liquid level sensor. Equipped with a control cabinet for operation, the instrument displays the temperature and liquid level of the liquid medicine and provides upper and lower limit alarm functions. According to user requirements, the dilute preparation tank can be equipped with a nitrogen filling device and a pH meter.

The main characteristics of the liquid medicine preparation system are as follows
1. It is hygienic. The flow path for transportation is simple and designed to be completely drainable. Horizontal pipelines must have a slope of >1%. Diaphragm valves on horizontal pipelines must be installed inclined to ensure no residual liquid.
2. The liquid preparation tank is equipped with a metering and weighing system for setting the volume of liquid medicine in the storage tank. To meet the concentration requirements of liquid medicine, a hygienic stirring paddle is also needed to ensure uniformity of the liquid medicine.
3. The secondary liquid medicine sterilization filtration system uses multiple filtration methods. This can reduce the risk of misoperation and can realize online monitoring, online alarming, and real-time recording.
