Stainless Steel Industrial Crystallisation Tank

The crystallizer uses imported 304 or 316L to be fabrication. With inner wall of mechanical polishing or electrolyted mirror polishing, outer wall ofall welded structural insulation. outer surface of mirror or matt.

The respirator of 0.22 um is installed on the crystallizer.

The crystallizer can bear 121℃ high temperature sterilization and disinfection with sanitary pressure meter.

The tank body external connection adopts sanitary quick opening connection.

The crystallizer has temperature monitor device, two sight lights, cleaning ball and inlet of Ni, temperature connection, etc.

Seal of shaft adopts special sanitary mechanical seal design which insures they are not polluted.

The crystallize uses adjustment device of frequency conversion with big range adjustment of shaft speed.

    What is Crystallizing tank

    Crystallizing tank is a crystallization equipment in which chilled water or refrigerant water is cooled rapidly after the materials are mixed.The essential are size of jacket, structure of agitator and outlet type. It's high-precision polish for inner wall and no dead ends,meeting the process requirements.The tank can be equipped with jackets,coils,insulation layer( for heating, cooling or insulation) depending on its application. The tank is made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, internal wall is electrolytically mirror polished or mechanically polished,external wall is SUS304 fully welding insulation structure,and external surface is in mirror or matte treatment. The full seal design ensures materials are always processed at a non-polluted state.


    Crystallizing Tank can be manufactured by SS304, SS316L etc .we can make it according to our client's requirement .

    Scope of application

    The crystallizing tank is used for mixing edible oil, cooling and freezing, and crystallization of finished products. It is also widely used in dairy industry, food, chemical industry and beverage industry. The heat exchange device of crystallizing tank adopts coil type and controls stirring speed to realize crystallization and separation of cottonseed oil and palm oil. The main parts include cylinder, coil and mixing device.

    working principle

    Crystallization tank is a crystallization equipment that requires chilled water or refrigerant water to cool down rapidly after the material is mixed and reacted. The key link is the size of the interlayer, the structure of the agitator and the material outlet form, high-precision polishing in the tank, and cleaning in the tank. There is no dead angle requirement to meet the process conditions. The company has rich design and manufacturing experience for different process requirements, and the equipment produced fully meets the requirements of GMP verification. Can produce 0.3-5m3 crystallization tank.

    Test

    Operating procedures

    1. Purpose To standardize the CIP cleaning procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure continuous and normal production.

    2. Scope of application

    CIP cleaning section.

    3. Content

    3.1 Cleaning sequence: clean water at 40°C, 2% alkali, clean water at 40°C, 0.8% acid, hot water above 90°C, and wash in sequence.

    3.2 Clean and record according to the specified time.

    3.3 Add about 80% of the water, that is, cover the heating coil.

    3.4 Acid-base concentration:

    3.4.1 Check the concentration before cleaning, if it is not enough, add an appropriate amount.

    3.4.2 Decide whether to reformulate according to the degree of acid-base pollution.

    3.5 Connect the in and out distributor correctly.

    3.6 Always check the water delivery device to prevent blockage.

    3.7 After checking the pipes and valves, the centrifugal pump can be started for cleaning.

    3.8 When cleaning with acid and alkali, after cleaning, turn on the reflux pump, so that the acid and alkali flow into the acid tank and the alkali tank respectively.

    3.9 Finally, rinse with clean water, and the cleaning is completed.

    3.10 Use test paper to test if it is neutral.
