Carbonated Beverage Production Line

1. Water design: RO reverse osmosis membrane (Hyde energy) is adopted, the designed water consumption is about 3 tons / hour (2 tons / hour for filling and mixing water, cleaning water is about 1 ton / hour), and the pretreatment water is 6 tons.

2. Blow bottle design: can use the bottle blowing machine or outsourcing.

3. Filling design: using the three-in-one washing, irrigation and sealing unit.

4. Rated production capacity: 3000 BPH (calculated at 500ml).

5. Delivery mode: empty bottle: stainless steel air delivery channel.

Solid bottle: a plastic delivery chain.

6. Environment: temperature: 10~40℃.

7. Humidity: no condensation (95%).

8. Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase AC.

The main components of

I. Water treatment system

1. Raw water tank: used for storing untreated water sources. 2. Multimedia filter: removes suspended solids and particulate impurities in water. 3. Activated carbon filter: adsorbs organic matter and residual chlorine in water to improve the taste and odor of water. 4. Precision filter: further filters tiny particles to protect subsequent equipment. 5. Reverse osmosis device: removes dissolved solids, bacteria, viruses, etc. in water through a semi-permeable membrane to produce purified water.

II. Batching system

1. Sugar melting pot: dissolves raw materials such as white granulated sugar into syrup. 2. Blending tank: mixes syrup, water, additives, etc. according to the formula ratio.

III. Carbonation system

1. Carbon dioxide storage tank: stores liquid carbon dioxide. 2. Carbonator: mixes carbon dioxide with beverages to carbonate the beverages.

IV. Filling system

1. Bottle washing machine: cleans bottles to remove impurities and dirt. 2. Filling machine: accurately fills carbonated beverages into bottles. 3. Capping machine: caps the filled bottles.

V. Packaging system

1. Labeling machine: attaches labels to bottles. 2. Boxing machine: packs bottled beverages into boxes. 3. Palletizer: stacks boxes neatly for transportation and storage.

◆ Each whole machine must run for 120 hours before leaving the factory, and is allowed to be delivered to the user after passing the joint inspection.
