5.26 Factory material testing

Factory material testing is to inspect the physical, chemical properties and composition of raw materials and finished equipment components to ensure that the materials meet design standards and application requirements. The testing includes spectral analysis, hardness test, corrosion resistance test, tensile and compressive strength test, wall thickness and dimension inspection, etc., to strictly verify material grades such as SUS304, 316L, carbon steel, and glass-lined materials.
