Glass-lined reactor

Glass-lined reactor is made by coating high-silicon enamel on the inner wall of a metal kettle body and sintering at high temperature to form a dense glassy anti-corrosion layer. It combines the corrosion resistance of glass and the mechanical strength of steel, resistant to various acid and alkali media, widely used in corrosive working conditions such as chemical industry, pharmacy, dyestuff and food. With reasonable structure design and reliable sealing performance, it operates stably under high temperature and pressure, suitable for stirring, reaction, distillation, concentration, neutralization and other processes. The inner wall is smooth, not easy to scale, free of material pollution and easy to clean. Complete in specifications, it can be equipped with stirring system, temperature control device, pressure monitoring and other accessories, serving as key equipment for corrosion-resistant chemical reactions.
