Working Principle

  1. Vacuum Melting: Metals/alloys are melted under vacuum or inert gas protection to prevent oxidation.
  2. Liquid Metal Flow: Molten metal exits a heated crucible through a 导流嘴 (flow guide nozzle).
  3. High-Pressure Atomization: Supersonic gas jets (e.g., nitrogen, argon) from nozzles break the liquid stream into fine droplets.
  4. Solidification: Droplets cool and solidify into spherical/sub-spherical particles during free fall.
