Working Principle
The working principle of plate heat exchanger is based on inter-wall heat transfer, through a series of metal plates with a certain corrugated shape of the metal plate stacked to form a thin rectangular channel, heat exchange through the plate. This type of heat exchanger consists of stamped and shaped concave and convex stainless steel plates. The concave and convex patterns between two adjacent plates are combined in 180 degrees relative to each other, forming staggered contact points, which, when combined by vacuum welding, form the high-pressure-resistant staggered flow structure of the plate heat exchanger. The design of the plates and the flow channel makes the hot and cold fluids flow in the flow channel on both sides of the plates, and the heat exchange is carried out through the plates, so as to achieve high efficiency heat exchange effect.
