Cyclone Separator

Cyclone separator is a device that uses centrifugal force to separate gas-solid or liquid-solid mixtures, widely used in chemical, grain, pharmaceutical, dust recovery and other industries. When fluid with dust or particles enters the cylinder tangentially and rotates at high speed, heavy solid particles are thrown to the wall under centrifugal force and fall along the cone for separation, while purified gas is discharged from the central exhaust pipe. It features simple structure, no moving parts, stable operation and low maintenance cost, enabling efficient and continuous separation, suitable for dry material collection, dust control and gas-solid separation processes.
