Introduction of coconut and its products
1. Coconut Tree
Coconut tree is a large plant of the genus Coconut in the palm family. The coconut tree is a popular cash crop in the tropics. Its fruit, the coconut, is very popular among consumers. On the one hand, coconuts can float thousands of kilometres in the sea and take root in suitable environments; on the other hand, coconut products are varied and unique.
2. Main characteristics of coconut
Brown Coat (Coconut Skin): brown, elastic, prevents the stone fruit from breaking when it falls to the ground.
Hard shell (coconut husk): hard and deformed, protects the endosperm and germ of the coconut.
Black coat (seed coat): the protective layer of the coconut skin, dark brown in colour.
3. Main morphological characteristics of coconut
The white meat (endosperm), also known as ‘coconut meat’, is white and hard, 0.9-1.3 cm thick, and contains 28-32 per cent fat and 3 per cent protein, carbohydrates and other substances. The white flesh of the coconut can be made into two main products, coconut milk and coconut cream.
Coconut milk: Coconut milk has a sweet, soft taste, promotes cell growth, has good nutrition and promotes secretion, diuretic and other health functions.

4. CIP Cleaning System
1. 4 tanks for each 2000L, including clean water tank, hot water tank, acid tank, alkali tank, thick acid tank, thick alkali tank;
2. CIP system controlled by Siemens PLC programming works fully automatically;
3. All tanks can achieve CIP self-cleaning;
