Concentrator

The concentrator is mainly used for evaporating and concentrating liquid materials in the food, phar and chemical industries, effectively removing moisture to increase material concentration.
It is mostly made of SUS304/316L stainless steel, which is hygienic, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Common types include single-effect, double-effect and multi-effect concentrators.
Using vacuum low-temperature evaporation technology, it achieves rapid concentration at relatively low temperatures, protecting nutrients and flavors of heat-sensitive materials from damage.
Equipped with a heating jacket, evaporation separation chamber and condensation recovery system, it features low energy consumption, high evaporation efficiency and stable operation.
It is widely used in the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, fruit juices, syrups, dairy products, condiments and other materials, greatly reducing volume for subsequent storage, transportation and processing.
